West Shore outscored Grand Rapids Nationals Bantam 1 four to one to take the lead at the end of the first period. West Shore gained three straight goals in the second period and held on to its lead. Grand Rapids Nationals Bantam 1's fate was sealed. With both teams scoreless in the third period, West Shore held on to its lead, and was the winner.
